Rishov has nearly 15 years of experience as an HR (Human Resources) practitioner and consultant across organizations of different scale and complexity, ranging from large scale MNCs to high growth tech companies in geographies across Americas , Europe and Asia Pacific. A naturalist cum birder who loves observing, learning and sharing about the natural world , Rishov’s interests in the areas of biodiversity conservation and cultural heritage led him to follow his passion and establish EcoSanskriti in 2024. He has keen interests in the areas eco-tourism, waste management and sustainability. A student of mindfulness , he aspires to bridge the connections between ecology and culture, fostering sustainable livelihoods.
