Shreya is an HR (Human Resources) leader with close to two decades of experience working across different large-scale technology organizations, helping them build and scale their HR offerings. Shreya loves to ideate, build and recycle. She is passionate about sustainability, leadership and skills development at the grassroot level. Through Eco Sanskriti, she aspires to build a skills-based ecosystem for micro-entrepreneurs, thereby enabling local communities and youth to become self-reliant. As an honorary Co-Founder, she also leads the HR and Livelihood functions of EcoSanskriti.
